We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Head Brewer/Director of Brewing Operations.
We are looking for someone with solid production brewery experience to help us create quality recipes, effectively run various aspects of production while maintaining a strict adherence to quality, cleanliness, and consistency standards.
The Head Brewer for our company should have several years experience at a small production brewery on 3-15 bbl systems.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and likes to experiment - and can brew a variety of beers for a wide range of tastes.
Our brewery concept leans toward the eclectic - while creating accessible beers.
This is also an opportunity for a brewer who is interested in becoming an equity partner - through investment or equity vesting over time.

Oversee all brewing and (future) packaging operations
Recipe development / scaling
Managing (future) assistant/apprentice brewers and lab personnel
Operations Management
Inventory Management
Client Relations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of proven brewing experience in a production/packaging brewery
A degree from a professional brewing education program
Knowledge of various brewing practices
Experience with QC lab standards and practices and yeast maintenance
Experience managing other brewery employees
