    Looking for any experiential information on clarifying cider WITHOUT filtering. I have one test batch (5 gallon) under my belt. Used isinglass which bonded with the yeast, but didn't drop out of solution - most of it actually floated. I strained out most of the solids through a screen during transfer to keg where I then force carbonated. Head still developed a slight brown film on top. I didn't boil the cider, only heated to 180, so I don't believe these were pectins. So summarily, I am looking for fining agent recommendations and utilization procedures. Thanks.
