Electric pressure washer?

In our attempt to lower our water usage/wastage, I'm looking to get an electric pressure washer for general washdown uses. We have a 5hp Karcher gasoline, but it is too limited, especially during winter (washer must be outside, where it can easily freeze). Our Karcher is 3,000 psi, which seems like severe over kill.

Any suggestions for a reasonably priced, preferably cart-mounted, preferably 110V electric washer? Suggestions for pressure? I've been shopping and right now my head is spinning from the huge selection available!

We had Craftsman one from Sears that last about 1.5 year.
