Oak Barrel Modifications (Puncheons)

I was looking to modify a few puncheons to add tri-clamp fittings and possibly a cleaning port. I know this is optional when buying new (from some manufacturers), but was wondering if their is a source for these parts/fittings that anyone out there has used and can attest to their quality.
