I'm currently living in Austin, preparing to move to the Dallas area (I'm getting married in March). I've been away from brewing for a while, but I have both brewpub and microbrewery experiences (including brewing GABF Gold-winning beer), have been the brewmaster for two startups (one microbrewery, one brewpub), and have brewed on systems tiny (50 gallon) and large (50 barrel).
