I am an experienced brewer searching for a new opportunity in and around the Philadelphia area. I have 3 years of experience at not only brewing but also managing a brewpub. I am a hard working goal oriented person.

I have experience with the following:

- Managing Brewery and Brew Pub
- Supervision of Inventory and Ordering Materials
- Brewing
- Keg Cleaning and Filling
- Monitoring Fermentation and Yeast Management
- Carbonating Beer
- Bottling
- Fitting Copper Plumbing and Streamlines
- Carpentry
- Assisted in the planning and building of a lager cellar and a serving tank walk-in cooler.
- Assisting in the fabrication of a brew house.
- Fitting gas, steam, and sanitary pipelines.
- Staging, assembling, and refinishing bottle washer, filler, crowner, and labeler.
- Framing out and building the enclosure of the brew house.
- Disassembled a closed brew house near Bamberg, Germany for the purpose of relocating the equipment to the United States.
