I am looking to decrease the losses we see on our beers, mainly due to trub and hops in the kettle, I am thinking a hopback would do the trick, but would love to hear others input. A decanter/centrifuge is obviously the best, but they are cost prohibitive at this time. What kind of increase in yield could I expect with a hopback?
