Fountain Square Brewery is looking for the right candidate to grow with our young busy brewing operation in Indianapolis Indiana as we begin our 3rd year of operation. Must be passionate about all things beer & have experience in some if not all of the following areas;
CIP's, SOP's, brewing, transferring, carbonating, yeast handling, plate & frame filtration, kegging, grain handling, forklift operation, getting wet/dirty, etc. In other words, must be a jack/jane of all trades & willing to do anything. I won't ask you to do anything that I myself haven't done/won't do. Must be organized, a self-starter & a go getter. I'm all about cross training so that we can all take time off, & in case of emergency fill in wherever needed.
