Seeking an Internship with a Brewer on the Colorado Front Range

I'm a degreed Industrial Engineer with manufacturing experience and have also been an all-grain homebrewer and hop grower here in Boulder for years.

I attended the World Brewing Academy at the Siebel Institute of Technology this Spring and took their course in Brewing Technology.

I'm seeking to intern in some useful capacity in your brewery and my desire is to additionally analyze and offer recommendations for how you can improve your quality, reduce your costs, and increase your productivity. I believe there are opportunities in improving your material handling methods, in reducing your packaging costs, and in systematically improving your brewing quality.

I'm planning on taking 2 courses this Spring at Front Range Community College: CAD and PLC programming. I'll be in class on Tuesdays and Thursdays but am available for intern service any other days of the week.
