We are still a ways from opening, but we have a location selected and are finalizing our financing. If any brewers in the general area were looking for a new opportunity we are hoping to be open by Fall of this year and will be working on recipe development prior to that.
The head brewer will be responsible for a brand new American made 20bbl brewhouse and a cellar of 40bbl fermenters/brites. If the buildout goes according to budget, we will also have a simple meheen bottling line when we open. Experience as head brewer is a must! Your experience will be a valuable asset to our start-up.
The assistant brewer will report directly to the head brewer. This position may be part time at first. If additional hours are needed, there will also be taproom hours available.
The general theme of the brewery will be to establish a flagship IPA to make our mark in the local area as well as fill the tasting room with some culinary themed beers (think Funky Buddha or Shorts).
We are not ready to hire right now but if you are testing the waters for what else is out there let us know and we can reach out to you as soon as we are ready.
