Thirsty Monk is hiring for an experienced Manager for one of our locations. Over the past 7 years we've expanded to three locations and a small brewery in Asheville, and we have plans for more locations in other areas across the South in the coming years. We're looking for solid managers who are excited about what we want to do and can grow with us. We want the kind of person at the helm of a locations that is steady, clear with direction, able to set up documented systems, calm and cool through the challenges of the day, and supportive of their staff. We don't want a drill sergeant kind of person- more of an understanding older sibling. Someone that our staff can still relate to closely on a daily basis but respects for their leadership and direction.
We are good people to work for, and we have a creative energy force and team unlike any other place around. And we're looking for the perfect person to join that team for the long haul. This is a hands-on position.
