Responsibilities
• Ability to brew a consistent product
• Oversee the day to day operations of brewhouse
• Understanding of safety and environmental considerations
• Record keeping relating to inventory and beer taxes
• Select ingredients and procure supplies for the brewhouse and will be responsible for developing brewing
• Share responsibility for developing and creating beer styles
• Attend brew events as needed to promote the beer and brand
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Other Qualifications
• Team player
• Exceptional working knowledge of the process of brewing beer
• The candidate should be able to consistently turn quality raw materials into quality beer and to scale recipes up from small batches to any larger quantity
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs frequently
