Our brewpub in Central Maryland will be seeking an experienced professional head brewer. We are a brewpub that has been in business for 15 years and is growing. We work on a 15 bbl decoction style brewhouse built in Europe, though our primary lineup is American style ales. Experience in developing a wide range of recipes as well as producing our core line up with consistent quality is paramount. The pub has consistently brewed 600-700 bbls a year, but expects to do nearly 20% more in 2015. Looking to have someone in place and trained by Mid-March. Local candidates preferred.
