About the Company: Hawks Hill Farmhouse Brewery is a new farm brewery starting near Bel Air, MD that specializes in Belgian-style ales and demonstrates the importance of local agriculture by growing ingredients on the farm and converting an 1800's barn to the tasting room.
Job Description: The brew master will be in charge all aspects of a small brewery from recipe development to bottling and kegging. We will be starting on a small pilot system and will be purchasing a new 7 BBL system in the near future, which the applicant will be in charge of setting up. The ideal candidate has experience starting a new brewery, inventory management, and brewing high-quality beer commercially. Applicant should have the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. The job will have very flexible work hours and will give the brew master a large amount of input on the direction of the brewery. This is a full-time position that will offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
