Proficient in all aspects of brewing from grain to glass.
-Excellent mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
-Recipe formulation, lab testing, packaging.
-BbL aging, various dry hopping methods.
-Wort production on several size systems.
-Managerial experience from 1 to 30 people.
-Great sense of humor yet has a serious work ethic.
-Multi tasking and time management is an everyday requirement in my opinion.
