We're Urban Family Brewing located in Seattle, WA and we're looking for a brewer to head up our farmhouse and barrel program full time. This job will report directly to the director of operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Brewing beer in 15 BBL Batches
- Recipe creation
- Maintaining a schedule - for bottle releases and label approvals
- Barrel Maintenence
- Ordering of raw materials
- Yeast wrangling
- Operate forkilt
- Keep up with a busy environment
- Self-motivated
- Being the most creative person you can be.
