Process Engineer - Golden Road Brewing

Golden Road Brewing is looking to hire a Process Engineer. Will be responsible for managing all Golden Road Brewing equipment maintenance, equipment reliability, plant utilities, brewery capital plan, and lead the development of value added initiatives. Position require strict adherence to all budget constraints and will require prioritizing needs and initiatives with funded plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years related experience, preferred. Combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in a food processing environment is a plus.
• Prior demonstrated leadership in a maintenance or engineering position.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering type documents and drawings.
• Detailed understanding of Allen Bradley and Siemens programmable logic controller programs is required.
• Excellent reasoning skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions.
• Able to handle several projects/tasks at one time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with good listening skills.
