Hey guys...
we were going to add a vessel to our system to do double batches, but we're now thinking of buying a whole new system.
Any experience with a Merlin style kettle in the 40-60 bbl range? I cannot find any specs (size, requirements, wort specs) on them, but everyone claims I can cut 30-50% off my boil time with one. Are they easy to clean? We only brew 14 hrs of the day, so it has to be able to sit 10-48 hrs between brews.
