We are looking for a full-time brewer in Central Oregon. We are an established brewery that brews on a new 25 barrel JVNW system and we are looking to grow our team. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to succeed in a positive and creative environment all while making delicious craft beer.
Applicants must have:
• 1 year minimum experience in a professional brewery.
• Experienced mechanical background and brewhouse maintenance history.
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional cleaning/sanitizing standards
• Cellar experience and barrel aging knowledge a plus
• Flexible availability. Shifts could include early mornings, nights, and some weekends
• Physical capability to independently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, often.
• Maintain current, detailed, and accurate brewlogs, inventories, and reports.
• Education in brewing or science a plus but not a necessity.
