Commercial yeast pitch packages

How are these companies getting the yeast concentrations for 3bbl+ pitches? I've been able to take a 5 gallon smack pack for home brewers up to a 5bbl pitch able rate, but it's like z5 gallon S of slurry. How to these companies get the pitch able rate to a liter for 5bbl?
