  • Floor help in a make shift beer cooler

So I built my own beer cooler in the bottom of my restaurant to hold my kegs. The floor was concrete and for months my beer would always pour foamy. The concrete was drawing to cold from the keys into the floor. I added 4" rigid insulation and just put crappy ply wood on top. Well 3 years later the floor is a mess! Any suggestions for what I should put on top of the insulation that will last another 3 years, no more no less my lease is up in 3yrs

    Thanks!!

I have the same exact thing. Insulation covered in plywood. I ended up getting a sheet of thin sheetmetal from our local heating guy. I cut this to fit and caulked around the edges. It is super easy to clean and will last your needed 3 years and you should be able to get it for pretty cheap.

    Cheers,
