We are seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking Electrical Maintenance Technician to keep our brewery, packaging and restaurant equipment running at a world class caliber. This includes preventative maintenance, daily trouble shooting and commitment to continuous improvement of all machines and processes.
Job Description: Perform industrial electrical duties including but not limited to, the following:
Read and interpret wiring diagrams
Layout and install conduit
Knowledge of DC and AC circuits, including three phase
Trouble shoot control circuitry, diagnosis, read wire diagram and repairs if needed
Possess ability to use RSLogix as diagnostic maintenance tool. Siemens S7 Manager knowledge is a plus
Effectively diagnose control circuitry with wiring schematics and digital multi-meter to perform appropriate repairs
Diagnose, repair, and overhaul process system with conveyors, power transmission system, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical devices
Repair process pumps, automated control valves and actuators with feedback sensors and positioners
Identify, propose and discuss solutions for equipment and facility issues with management
Possess a working knowledge of electrical code, new and old
Possess a working knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures
Keep accurate and complete records of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as completed
Utilize Microsoft Office and a Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS) to perform daily duties
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge and practice of NFPA 70E
High school diploma and applicable electro-mechanical knowledge required. Military training or trade school a plus.
Mechanical skill requirements include industrial experience with conveyors, power transmission systems, all related pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical devices used in process systems
Fabrication, TIG, MIG, or Arc welding
Work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision to support production priorities
Positive can-do attitude and sense of urgency in performing duties
Work in a safe manner to ensure your safety and that of others are in accordance with OSHA and company policy
Ability to work a flexible schedule (3 shifts) to support 24-hour production operations
Expected to be on a rolling on call weekend schedule
Minimum 5 years related experience
