Brewer needed
New brewery in Little Rock, AR, (Lost 40 Brewing Co.) searching for a new member for our team. We opened December 23, 2014. We have a new 30 bbl Specific Mechanical brewhouse, 330 bbls of fermentation, and a new Wild Goose canner.
Requirements:
1) Two years experience on a 15-30 bbl brewing system, preferable production.
2) Perlite filtration
3) Some mechanical ability
4) Yeast management and packaging
5) Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly
6) Willing to work 1st, mid, or 2nd shift and occasional weekends
7) Brewing education preferred
Of course if you are a brewer you understand what we do so won’t bore you with details. Little Rock is a smaller city, cost of living is rather good, and has fast growing craft market.
