I had planned to do 6x6", 1/2" thick quarry tile in my brewery. My flooring guy is doing the mud job now for the slope, and had a line on the quarry tile.
Well, that fell through. He's now suggesting porcelain tile. I know porcelain is durable, rated for outdoor use, restaurant kitchens use it, but I've never heard of a brewery using it and I'm not finding anything in my searches. Is there a reason for that? Does anyone use porcelain here?
