We are now using the Petainer 30 l one-use kegs for our export to Hawaii (yeah!). They are a PITA to fill. We stretch-wrap them onto the pallet, fill them, cut the stretch wrap (if they fall over they break), pick them up one at a time, insert them into the cardboard boxes, re-palletize the cased kegs.....
Is there a better way? The damned flimsy kegs cannot stand on a pallet without support; they have no handles to pick them up with.... The cardboard casings cannot survive wetting, so cannot be used when the kegs are being filled... so many problems.
Anyone have any useful suggestions?
