Cedar Creek Brewery is looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our award-winning craft brewery located in Seven Points, Texas, about 60 miles southeast of Dallas.
We are looking for a smart, highly motivated professional with a passion for craft beer and the craft culture. We have been steadily growing since 2012, and want an enthusiastic hard-worker who is excited to grow with us.

Activities/Responsibilities/Obligations/Etc.
• Assisting in wort production.
• Tank cleaning and sanitization.
• Cleaning and filling kegs.
• General brewhouse cleaning. Seriously, there’s a lot of cleaning.
• Fermentation management/detailed record keeping.
• Assisting in canning.
• Handling of raw materials.
• Occasionally working events that may include weekends.
• Working past 5pm.
• Spending long periods of time in hotter/colder than comfortable environments.
Requirements
• Brewing experience. Homebrewing counts.
• Able to lift 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuver up to 165 pounds.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to bend and kneel.
• Work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• A passion for the beer making process and desire to learn more.
• Adaptable and able to efficiently manage time and tasks.
• Positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
