We are looking for an organized and dedicated full-time cellarworker/brewer with solid professional experience. Be a part of a small core team as we launch our new 15BBL brew house where mixed fermentation with brettanomyces and bacteria is a strong focus. This position will be responsible for all cellar duties and will be cross-trained as a backup brewer. Organization, strict sanitation, and quality assurance are vital for this key role. We are willing to offer a competitive salary and there is room for growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 1 years of professional brewing experience;
• Brewing degree or commensurate understanding of brewing science and engineering;
• Strong mechanical, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills;
