I have 5 years of brewing experience and can assist you with any brewing process. Currently relocating back to NY after spending 2 years professionally brewing at breweries in the San Diego, CA area. I have a strong understanding of brewery operations including:

-Wort production (previous work on 120bbl, 20bbl and 7bbl brewhouses)
-Cellar tasks, scheduling and shift planning
-Centrifuge and filtration (DE)
-Bright beer preparation
-Packaging (bottling, canning and kegging)
-Raw material handling (malt, yeast, hops)
-Recipe formulation
-Marketing strategies

I also have a Diploma in British Brewing Technology from Brewlab as well as a BS in Entrepreneurship.
