The Sierra Andina Brewing Company is looking for an inspired brewer to work as our production manager in one of the premier microbreweries in Peru. We are located in Huaraz, a mid-sized town in the Andes. Come join the exploding craft beer movement here in Peru. Great outdoor adventure and a small but fast growing brewery await!
Requisites: Formal training with a recognized institute or 5 years professional brewing experience, Fluent Spanish (preferably first language) is a must plus a keen sense of adventure, great leadership experience and good ability to work in a different culture.
Starting date is around August 2015.
