Job Title: Production Brewery Manager

Purpose for the Position:
To, under direction: plan, coordinate, direct and control all activities related specific to production sales and service in production brewery in accordance with the standards established by North Country Brewing LLC and all regulatory agencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develops short term and long term financial and operational plans to obtain goals for the operation which support the overall objectives of the company.
2. Must be hub of the operation. Follow through with sales person to show ROI of time and effort. Based on customer needs, sales person information, plan brewing schedule with brew master to assure the proper quantity of product is made for sale at the proper times. Schedule labor for canning and kegging product on an as need bases.
3. Monitors the performance of employees through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction, systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
4. Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
5. Implements and maintains sales/marketing programs under the direction of the Director of Operations. Work with owner and DO to plan beer schedule for publication to distributors and other customers in a timely manner.
6. Establishes and maintains schedules for all employees to provide services needed while maintaining budget.
7. Establishes and maintains excellent customer/client communication.
8. Implements and maintains effective two-way communication systems which reach all employees, DO and owner.
9. Schedules brewery tours, sales visits.
10. Assist in preparing the annual budget.
11. Manages in compliance with established company policies/ procedures.
13. Responsible for doing weekly inventory as directed by Director of Operations.
14. Responsible for sending payroll to main office for processing bi-weekly on Monday morning.
15. Must learn POS and WhenToManage systems to complete inventory and enter sales correctly for book keeping.
16. Manages, directs and assures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
14. Directs and assures maintenance of all assigned records and reports.
15. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Operations and
Owner.
