Hey friends, Looking for someone with a JVNW brewhouse to answer some questions. We are installing our used 15bbl direct fire 2 vessel system and would love some advice or pictures. The seller was going to assist with install but flaked on us. If anyone has some photos of all the plumbing and piping that would be extremely helpful. Thanking you in advance.

More specifically...
Does anyone have or know someone with a 1999 15 bbl JVNW 2 vessel with combi tank system? I have had some great info sent from a couple guys (Thank you Rick at Willoughby Brewing) but it is not an identical system. Apparently JV made some big design changes in the late 90's. We got cheated by the seller who promised to help with the install. He is no longer in the brewing industry. Or I would call him out. Any help would be great because I do not have any funds to pay a consultant from JV to fly out and help us. Wer have our permits and can start brewing as soon as I get this system together.
