Experienced Head Brewer wanted in Ireland August 2015
We are seeking an experienced professional head brewer to take on a leadership position in a new brewery in Ireland. Our ideal candidate must have commercial experience, a passion for brewing exciting creative beers and the interest and ability to do all aspects of the brewing process.
I would like to meet with and interview suitable candidates.
Required abilities;
-minimum 3 years experience in a production brewery
-ability to develop recipes and brewing schedules
-order raw materials
-CIP vessels
_Brew High Quality Consistent Beer
_Negotiate Hop Contracts
-experience in bottling and kegging
-implementation of QC process
-implementation of yeast propagation program
-product management and coordinate for distribution
-self motivated
-ability to keep up with a busy working environment
