Zephyr Brewing Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Co-Head Brewer to join the brewing team.
Us: We are a 4 month old start up brewery with 2 owners and a 3 person brewing team. We are located in the heart of downtown's booming River North (RiNo) district. The brew system is a 7 bbl system. As we continue to grow, the current Head Brewer and the brewing team are looking for some help with the load.
You: Experienced in brewing on a large scale system. Knowledgeable in the science of brewing. Hard working. As the Co-Head Brewer you will be expected to contribute to recipe development and lead the crew on brew days.
Position: This is only a part time position right now with brew days occurring 1-2 times per week. As an employee, you would be paid an hourly wage for your time. However, the opportunity exists for you to purchase equity in the company instead. You would then be a minority owner in the company and paid proportionately via revenue disbursements.
