Insight Brewing Company is looking for a skilled brewer to join our rapidly growing team in Minneapolis. Having been named the Best New Brewery of 2015, we are announcing expansion plans after only six months in operation, and are seeking someone that has a deep passion for quality with an ability to be a team player and have a good work ethic.
The ideal candidate will have:
•2+ years of commercial brewing experience
•Strong work ethic
•Must be a team player
•Strong cleaning/sanitizing knowledge
•Full availability throughout the week, including nights
•Desire to learn
•Yeast handling proficiency
•Ability to both take and give instructions
Physical requirements:
•Ability to lift 55 lb sacks
•Ability to lift 160 lb kegs
•Frequently crawl under tanks for cleaning
•Ability to work in extreme cold and heat, including humid environments
•Ability to work around caustic chemicals and acids
This position reports directly to our Head Brewer. The position is salaried and is DOE. Salaried package includes medical coverage, paid time off, and of course some great beer!
