Job Overview
This position is responsible for the all things associated with brewing in a brewpub environment.
Essential Responsibilities
• Create new beer recipes and brew house recipes to specification
• All facets of brewing/cleaning
• Select and order ingredients/maintain contracts
• Communicate and coordinate with restaurant management
• Keep accurate records and inventory of materials
• Responsible for all federal and state paperwork
• Maintain preventative maintenance program
• Train staff
• Represent brewery at local festivals
• Provide tours to staff and guests
• Public speaking to groups and events
Professional brewing experience required
