Red Cypress Brewery is looking to expand our team and is seeking to hire a Taproom Manager. Our strong focus on customer service and knowledge of our beers will help to ensure our customers have a unique and fantastic experience during their visit.
The right candidate must have a passion for craft beer and their career in the craft brewing industry. Because of the high level of customer interaction, the Taproom Manager will first, and foremost, be an ambassador for our beer and culture. In addition to taking care of our customers and promoting our brand, the position’s responsibilities will include:
• Serving beer
• Cleaning
• Employee scheduling
• Merchandise inventory
• Glassware management
• Updating our beer menu
• Food truck coordination
• Opening and closing Taproom (evening and weekends required)
• Prior serving and supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of beer and the brewing industry very beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Prior POS and cash handling experience
• Flexible schedule
• Beer certification or Cicerone a plus
