Hey guys,
My names Adam, I'm currently in search if a brewhouse to get my back in the brewing saddle again. I attended brewlab and graduated with a diploma in British brewing technology right out of high school. After that I was working at crow peak brewing company in a 60 bbl brewhouse with a canning line for about 4 years. Crow peak also had a 10 bbl pilot system for funkier brews to be tried on. I came up with oak aged kiwi double IPAs, mint chocolate oatmeal stouts (won a gold
Medal for that one) coffee IPAs. List goes on.
I have an extreme passion for beer, I see brewing very much as an art and am always thinking of new out of the box beers. Along with brewing experience I have a lot of beer festival, and pr experience from
My time at crow peak, we would go to gabf and several other beer festivals.
I ultimately ended up splitting with my job at crow to seek other opportunities in a new location. Id love San Diego. Denver is close to home. But honestly. I just want to make beer. Give me a chance, and I'll show up to work!
