I am pursuing a second career in the craft brewing industry. I bring a passion for learning and genuine interest in all aspects of the craft brewing process. What I lack in brewing experience, I more than make up for in work ethic, ambition, and attention to detail.
As a retired soldier, I am in a unique and exciting position to begin a second career. I do not need benefits or insurance. I don;t even require a full 40 hours. I am mainly looking for the experience. I have home brewing experience, and I am currently enrolled in the craft brewing program at PSU.
My goal is to obtain a position in a local craft brewery in order to learn all aspects of the trade. I learn quickly, approaching any job with enthusiasm and 110% effort. I also have full availability throughout the week, and weekends whatever hours are needed. If given the opportunity, I am certain I would prove to be an asset to your organization.
