Our first restaurant opened in 2008 in Northwest, Arkansas. Since then we have opened 4 more and have a sixth under construction. The concept is simple: Scratch made American Comfort Food, a full bar with an emphasis on draft beer (32 taps), live music in a comfy laid-back atmosphere. Over 60% of our bar sales are beer and when the sixth store is open we should be pouring the equivalent of 4000 bbls annually.
We have just agreed on a purchase of land to build a brewery with an attached restaurant and we are in the early stages of planning & design. We plan to brew for distribution and sales in only our restaurants.
Our ideal candidate would be very experienced in all aspects of the brewing business including being a head brewer. We plan to offer about 10 beers at all times with 5 or so being constant and the others changing depending on the season and other factors. We will encourage the Head Brewer to be creative and to make a wide range of beers.
