    Assistant Head Brewer

    The Asst. Head Brewer will manage all brewery operations while the Head Brewer is not present. They will assist the Head Brewer in recipe development, cellaring, canning, kegging, cleaning, brewing, storing, ordering, staffing, inventory, and all of the other requirements of running a successful production brewery.


    Skills:

    The AHB must posses excellent verbal and written communication and team building skills. The AHB must have the ability to go up and down stairs quickly while carrying at least 50Lbs. The AHB must be able to stand on their feet for at least 8 hours at a time and work in a loud and fast paced environment. This person must have general brewing knowledge including all of the skills for the operations mentioned above.


    Experience/Education:

    The AHB must have working knowledge of all jobs falling under their supervision and must have a minimum of 2 years in a commercial brewery. A brewing or science (microbiology or chemistry) degree is preferred but not required.
