We have a 15,000 sq ft facility dedicated to hard cider just outside of Syracuse, NY. We are a family owned business with over 100 years experience in the apple business. We have 1,000 acres of trees planted. While we have our own brand we are interested in working with other brands to help them bring their Hard Cider to market. Our minimum batch size is approx 3,000 gallons. We work with stainless steel fermentation tanks and they are all glycol controlled. Filtration is done using a cross flow PALL BRAND filter. Bottling capability would be 12oz. as well as 750ML. We also can also clean and fill kegs. Our process uses 100% fresh apples and we have our own cider mill where we press apples on premise.
