Got new unitanks in the cellar and having old tanks converted to unitanks. Wondering about the position of the racking arm during cooling in/filling.
Do we have it pointed up, down, one side or the other? Curious about yeast settling in the arm if it's pointed up. Curious about oxygen trapped in the arm if it's pointed down.
