Creature Comforts Brewing Company is seeking an experienced brewer/cellarman to join our team in the near term. Our young brewery has grown quickly over its first year and is ready to expand our organization with a candidate who can bring the right mix of qualities and skills to the table. The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
3-5 years experience working as a brewer or cellarman in a craft brewery
Able to produce solid references from strong leaders in the craft brewing field.
Exhibits a proven record of adaptability, proficient problem solving and independent decision making in the workplace
Driven by a desire for excellence in every initiative
Able to work cooperatively as a member of an effective team, and participate in passionate debates
Willing to work all three shifts including overnight
Able to lift 60 lbs and move 165 lbs.
From day one we will need someone that is willing and able to perform daily brewery tasks such as CIP, centrifuge operation, cleaning etc. Eventually this position will be cross trained on all brewing and cellar SOP's. There is significant room for upward mobility in our rapidly expanding company for individuals who show commitment to the organization and to excellence.

Pay is negotiable and will be based on the qualifications of the candidate we elect to hire.
