SEEKING PROFESSIONAL and CREATIVE BREWER IN RALEIGH, NC
Seeking Professional Brewer (Raleigh, NC with multiple city expansion plans)
Are you looking to move to NC or local and looking for a new opportunity? Our beer culture is booming! We are opening the first of multiple gourmet market and brewpub concepts seeking the best of the best to help grow with us as we develop a scalable and second-to-none brand. This concept will be the 4th successful concept of a booming downtown Raleigh tavern group.
7 bbl electric system is what we are currently shooting for
Ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 yrs experience as Head Brewer in a Brewery with additional years as assistant brewer or brewers helper. MUST be passionate about making great beer with a great attitude. We are requiring a candidate who is seriously capable of handling recipe formulation, ingredient selection, wort production, cellar operations, sanitation, QA/QC, inventory, yeast management, and taxes. Must posses good mechanical sense for installing and maintaining all brewery equipment.
Must understand brewing system. We are currently wrapping up brewing equipment purchase and would be extremely open about building the brewery to suit our brewer!
Integrity and being a team player are also essential requirements. Lab experience a plus.
