I've recently received some quotes back from a few Chinese companies for some 7bbl fermenters and I noticed some differences in the racking arm design in regards to location, racking arm length and arm radius bend. What is the preferred racking arm design that you prefer and why? How low or high in the fermenter cone area do you prefer to have the racking arm? And how close to the bottom of the cone should the racking arm be when the arm is placed in the down position? Thank you in advance.
