We are looking for an organized and dedicated full-time assistant brewer for our hands-on 5 BBL brewpub where mixed-fermentation with brettanomyces and bacteria is a strong focus. This position will be responsible for all cellar duties and will be cross-trained as a brewer. Organization, strict sanitation, and quality assurance are vital for this key role. We are willing to offer competitive pay and there is room for growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 1 years of professional brewing experience;
• Brewing degree or commensurate understanding of brewing science and engineering;
• Strong mechanical, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a vital member of a small team;
• Strong work ethic, organization skills, and focus;
• Maturity and discipline;
• Professional references.
