Hello, I'm opening a 3.5 bbl nano brewery in a small downtown historic building. The floors are origin am wood and have been reinforced but I am debating what to use for waterproofing and drainage. My concept is to create some type of basin around all vessels and fitted with a trench drain. Is it best to use tile, linoleum, epoxy? What have others done? Please share pictures.

I don't know what the best solution is as far as surfacing, but I can say from experience that you'll want to put something down over the wood to distribute the weight of the tanks. If you don't then over time the legs will settle into the floor - not much, but enough to crack tile or linoleum and start leaking.
