Small Vermont brewery looking for the right, experienced, enthusiastic & energetic head brewer to work alongside our staff and owners as we grow. We have a new 15bbl steam system, established distribution and a fun, new tap room in beautiful Richmond, Vermont. Must have at least 3 years professional brewing experience, a great attitude, good communication skills and a sense of humor. Good safety habits, brew house, CIP, QA/QC & lab skills, cellaring, packaging experience and good mechanical skills a must. Formal education and supervisory experience highly desirable. Barrel aging & sour brewing experience also a big plus.
