Our Brewers are responsible for the brewing process from preparation of the raw materials through the fermentation process. The successful candidate will have a passion for quality beer, attention to detail and be highly motivated to contribute to Brewing and company-wide projects. This is a full time position and will include rotating shifts.
Preferred Skills/Education:
• Experience in a team-based, production brewing environment;
• Effective communication skills;
• Motivated self starter with a strong work ethic;
• Production brewing experience;
• Degree or certification in brewing related course studies.
Job Requirements:
• High degree of organizational skills;
• Ability to follow safety and product quality standards;
• Proven ability to work independently;
• Routine heavy lifting and stair climbing;
• Rotating on all shifts, including weekends.
