Our Controller directly oversees the accounting and payroll teams. This position coordinates budgeting, annual financial audits, monthly financial reporting and liability insurance renewals. Works with CFO on accounting policies & procedures, banking relationships, covenants compliance, cash management, budget compilation for the company and financial modeling. Oversees office administration and certain license renewals and professional agreements. REQUIREMENTS include: Minimum 5 years experience in financial controlling or financial audit, strong knowledge and experience with GAAP, understanding of accounting within the manufacturing sector, proficiency in complex ERP/MRP related software, strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with GP Dynamics is beneficial.
